Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 2026

Super Service Bros LLC (“Super Service Bros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit superservicebros.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

This policy applies only to information collected through the Site and through interactions tied to the Site (forms, newsletter signups, scheduled calls, and client onboarding). Paid client engagements are governed by separate service agreements.

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency serving home service businesses. We do not target users in the European Union or United Kingdom. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

1. Information We Collect

We collect three categories of information.

a. Information you give us directly

When you fill out a contact form, request a marketing audit, subscribe to our newsletter, book a call, or send us files, you may share:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Business name and website
  • Information about your business and marketing needs
  • Files or documents you upload to support a consultation
  • Anything else you choose to include in a message

b. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, our analytics and infrastructure tools automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location (city/region level)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, referring URL, and time spent
  • Clicks, scrolls, mouse movement, and session recordings
  • Cookie identifiers and similar device identifiers

c. Information from third parties

If you book a call through Calendly, submit a payment through Square, or interact with us through a social platform, those services pass us limited information about you (your name, email, payment confirmation, profile details).

CCPA category mapping

For California residents, the categories above correspond to these CCPA categories: identifiers; commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity information; geolocation data (approximate); professional or employment-related information; and inferences drawn from the above.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, precise geolocation, biometric data, or health information) through the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide marketing services you request
  • Schedule and deliver consultations, audits, and proposals
  • Send our newsletter and occasional updates if you’ve subscribed
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • Understand how visitors use the Site and improve content and conversion
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. They fall into three groups:

Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (e.g., security, page navigation). These cannot be turned off.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These help us understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve it.

Functional — set by tools like Calendly when you book a call, or Mailchimp when you interact with newsletter content.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies may affect Site features but will not block access to the Site.

4. Third-Party Tools and Services We Use

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the Site and our business. Each processes some of your information on our behalf, under their own privacy practices.

We may also use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini) internally to help draft marketing content. We do not feed your personal information into these tools to make decisions about you, and we do not use them to process Site form submissions automatically.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We share information only in these situations:

With service providers. The tools listed in Section 4 process information on our behalf to deliver the Site and our services. They are bound by their own privacy commitments and, where applicable, by data processing terms with us.

For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

In a business transfer. If Super Service Bros LLC is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you and update this policy if that happens.

Cross-context behavioral advertising (“sharing” under CCPA). We are not currently running paid advertising or remarketing campaigns from the Site, and we do not currently share information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we activate paid advertising in the future (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar), or upload contact lists to advertising platforms (such as Google Customer Match), this will qualify as “sharing” under California law. We will update this policy and our cookie practices before doing so, and provide a working “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism.

6. Your Privacy Rights

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties we share it with
  • Access a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we have collected
  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain
  • Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (we are not currently selling or sharing — see Section 5)
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not currently collect this category)
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised your rights

To submit a request, email 1up@superservicebros.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you are exercising. We will verify your identity using information we already hold (such as the email address you provided when contacting us) before fulfilling the request.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request to the extent applicable to our processing.

Other U.S. states

If you are a resident of another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, or others), you may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out. Contact us at the email above and we will handle your request consistent with applicable law.

Outside the United States

Our services are intended for U.S. residents. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. In general:

  • Form submissions and CRM records: retained while you are an active prospect or client, and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 3 years) for follow-up and legal recordkeeping.
  • Newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe, plus a brief suppression period to honor your unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data (GA4): retained according to GA4’s default retention setting (typically 14 months), then aggregated.
  • Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity): retained according to Clarity’s default retention (typically up to 1 year).
  • Billing records: retained for at least 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations.

We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our CRM, and reputable third-party providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or sent to subscribers where appropriate.
